Custom Fabrication for Projects That Don't Come Off the Shelf

Not every project has a ready-made solution. At Iron Lion Creations, we provide custom metal fabrication for one-off projects, functional pieces, modifications, prototypes, and specialty builds. We can work from customer drawings, photographs, sketches, existing pieces, or even a rough description of what you're trying to accomplish.
With more than two decades of hands-on welding and fabrication experience, we approach each project with a combination of technical knowledge, practical problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Have a project that needs to be built? Let's figure it out.
Built Around Your Needs
No Templates. No Guesswork. Just Custom Fabrication.
Custom fabrication is often about solving a problem that doesn't have an off-the-shelf answer. Maybe you need a specific piece made to fit a particular space. Maybe something needs to be repaired or modified. Or maybe you have an idea that exists only on paper—or in your head.
We'll work with you to understand what you're trying to accomplish and determine the best way to turn the concept into a functional, buildable piece.
What We Offer
Custom One-Off Fabrication
Need something made once and made specifically for your application? We create one-off metal pieces designed around your requirements.
Functional Metal Pieces
From practical components to purpose-built pieces, we fabricate metalwork designed to perform a specific function.
Repairs & Modifications
Have an existing metal piece that needs to be repaired, altered, reinforced, or modified? We'll evaluate the project and determine what's possible.
Custom Builds
Bring us your idea and we'll work through the design, materials, dimensions, construction, and fabrication requirements to create a custom build.
Prototype & Concept Fabrication
Have a concept you want to turn into a physical prototype? We can help take an idea from the planning stage into a tangible metal piece.
Specialty Projects
Some projects don't fit neatly into a standard category. That's okay. We enjoy tackling unique fabrication challenges and finding practical ways to make them work.
Customer Drawings, Photos & Ideas
You don't need professional fabrication drawings to get started. We can work from drawings, photographs, sketches, inspiration images, or a simple explanation of what you're trying to create.
